Korean Drama: Smile Again
I just watched this Korean drama. It’s about young people love in the baseball softball world. The drama also took placed in Switzerland with some beautiful scenery as background and French spoken scenery.
Cast:
* Lee Dong Gun as Ban Ha Jin
* Kim Hee Sun as Oh Dan Hee
* Lee Jin Wook as Yoon Jae Myung
* Yoon Se Ah as Choi Yoo Kang
At first I don’t like so much this drama because I don’t like sports. But the lead actress Oh Dan Hee is so sweet, she is getting more beautiful over the time.
This drama has some sad scene:
• When Ban Ha Jin left Oh Dan Hee because Choi Yuu Kang killed her father for the sake of Ban Ha Jin. At that time Oh Dan Hee was waiting for him to come, but he couldn’t fulfilled his promise.
• Sarah Jung (Oh Dan Hee’s mother) was told by the detective she hired that Oh Dan Hee was dead. Sarah Jung cried at hospital, when Oh Dan Hee was hit by an anonymous biker.
• When Ban Ha Jin told Oh Dan Hee that he was only play with her, not really in love with her. He did it in front of Jae Myung and his fater, this is to protect Oh Dan Hee. It was sad for both Oh Dan Hee and Ban Ha Jin.
Sarah Jung is a very beautiful actress, so special and charismatic. Stunning!
The good points of this drama are:
• The soundtrack songs/music is so nice. The song ‘You should try’ or something like that which is played in some happy moments, when Oh Dan Hee was playing/practicing softball/baseball.
• Oh Dan Hee’s character is a very strong young woman. How she forgave his naughty-fat-friend (I forgot his name) who always bellies her because she always can beat him in every chances. She loves Hajin and keep her feeling although Hajin didn’t give her assurance while Jae Myung tried to approach her. She knows it’s difficult to get her love, but she tried the best to build their relationship and to pursue her dream.
• The way Ban Hajin treats Oh Dan Hee is so nice, and full of responsible. He loves her so much that he will not hurt her and try to protect her as he could. The moment when they two together is so sweet, they didn’t say much of sweet-words, but they understand each other.
• Oh Dan Hee’s father. He is a nice man who loves her daughter so much. And he likes Ban Hajin also. Only when Oh Dan Hee was hurted by him than he also didn’t like him so much. But between Jae Myung and Hajin he prefers Hajin. This can be seen at the first episode when Oh Dan Hee was attacked by some man players and that both Hajin and Jae Myung came to help her.
Weird thing about this drama:
• The four Oh Dan Hee, Ban Hajin, Jae Myung, Choi Yuu Kang they were at the same time stayed at Switzerland for different purposes, but the four met there.
• The four again works at the same company, it is Jae Myung’s father’s company. Sarah Jung finally joined there also.
Ending: happy ending for Hajin Oh Dan Hee.
