Two Hospitals in Two Weeks :P

Last week when I had symthoms of cough with Phlegm (just knew this terminology) I went to hospital in Ramkhamhaeng area, the doctor told me that I got SINU$, and he gave me a lot of medicine, which is not free but paid by my insurance policy. The doctor is a specialist doctor for Ear Nose and Throat, unfortunately speak very poor English. Or if I'm see it from very positive view that he was not well too therefore he just couldn't explain well why I got sinus and what caused it. The doctor which I assume is a senior doctor because he seems a bit senior than me, much more senior, from his hair.

The next day I searched in Internet about SINUS, and there are three kind of SINUS, which the doctor failed to tell me which kind of SINUS I had, if any, which later proven to be WRONG: I don't have and free from ANY SINUS < -- Thanks Jesus.

Some symptoms has been healed, but cough.
Now even worse, so I decide to go to another hospital near Ramkhamhaeng, with the orange color building. This time I'm not using my insurance card, but my social security card.

The service is good, only the patients is so many that I spent more than two hours for everything. The examination only took 15 minutes. The doctor is the same with last time when I got diarhea. She is very good and able to communicate in English well. She said that I'm fine only common cough, nothing serious. wow, how my heart is so delighted! Since last week the man doctor told me that I got this 'SNS' thing I felt that my body has weakened ... but now the doctor said I'm just fine and give me another medicine and to stop some medicines from the previous hospital too.

Beside checked my throat, she asked me to take deep breath and listened with her stethoscope. And I could asked some questions which she answered clearly. This procedure was not done by the doctor of the first hosptal.

Is this is the doctor or the hospital?
Communication is very important. The hospital should have its doctors to have good communication not only their technical skills.
